Any followers of my sporadic blogging will have seen that a few months ago we were wishing the Special Olympics GB Skiing team well before they jetted off to Idaho to compete in the World Winter Games (read my last blog).Well I thought we were due an upda

Team GB have won two gold, seven silver and four bronze medals! For a delegation of just 10 people that is excellent work and we look forward to welcoming the team back here soon to show them off.

You can expect to hear more about the team soon as the Special Olympics World Summer Games come to Leicester from the 25 July 2009.
