We met Seb Coe again - the first time since we'd been with him in Singapore - it was nice to hear how much he appreciates what our group of young Londoners did for the bid.

He's so genuine and down to earth and we could see how hard he's working to help young people like us and to better London and the UK.

We also worked with some of the London 2012 staff to explain how we felt we could all be involved in helping young Londoners to get involved with the Games; it was a good chance for us to work together again and the London 2012 people listened to us and learned from what we were saying, so we all got something from the day.

Hopefully some of the things we spoke about on Monday will feature in the blog in future!
