London really turned on the style at the World’s largest triathlon last weekend with temperatures reaching 30 degrees under a beautiful blue sky. It was so hot, that the Royal Victoria Dock actually looked really inviting! This was my second year competin

The atmosphere at ExCeL was fantastic – days like these make it easy to understand why triathlon is one of the fastest growing sports in the country. It’s also really exciting to think that the huge hall with thousands of bikes lined up will be the venue for the Weightlifting, Paralympic Powerlifting, Judo, Wrestling, Boccia, Taekwondo, Table Tennis, Boxing and Wheelchair Basketball in 2012.
