Educating schools on Olympic Park archaeology

I ran a mock excavation activity, where two local schools got the chance to see what archaeology is all about, learning how to dig like real archaeologists and how to record their findings:



Over the next year I, along with my colleagues, will be involved in similar events promoting and displaying the archaeology of the Olympic Park, including an actual excavation where local communities can actually have a go at digging their local history themselves.
