In order to deliver 'everyone’s 2012', as we promised in our Singapore 2005 bid, we're now well on the way to implementing diversity and inclusion throughout LOCOG. This sits alongside the work of our colleagues at the ODA. We launched our outreach progra

Internally, we have a Diversity Action Team composed of colleagues from every functional area, who are committed to helping us instil diversity and inclusion in everything we do.

This first stage of activity will culminate in our first ever Diversity Week this week. It starts today with a conference and a recruitment evening this evening targeted at lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender candidates. Tuesday sees us host an 'Accessibility Summit' to ensure we make the London 2012 Games as accessible as possible. Wednesday we're engaging local communities through our Forum followed by a recruitment evening for Black and Asian candidates. There's much more going on besides, which we'll be sharing with you over the course of the week.
