We'll also benchmark our teams internally on hiring disabled people and our CEO, Paul Deighton, is chairing the new Diversity Board. It's great to have 'the Big Cheese' take the lead on this and it sends a strong message to all our people, current and future, that this is really important.
Some more great news is that we've just been given an award by government in recognition of our efforts. We are now proud recipients of the 'two ticks' positive about disabled people award.
We've a lot more to do, but this is a great step towards making London 2012 'everyone's 2012' and delivering on our vision of using the power of the Games to inspire change.
