The Handball Arena's main structure is now in place, with construction continuing on the inside of the venue.
Meanwhile, off the Park, Sir Chris Hoy and Olympian Jonathan Edward got involved with Lloyds TSB National School Sport Week, where nearly five million children from all over Britain took part in sporting activities.
